Also referred to as the Sakyamuni Pagoda, the traditional construction stands some 67 meters excessive within the Fogong Temple in Yingxian county, North China’s Shanxi province. Boasting a historical past of almost 1,000 years, the pagoda is the world’s tallest and oldest wood pagoda within the design of a lofty pavilion. In 2016, the Guinness World Data Record included it because the world-tallest wood pagoda.
